How we use your information

Enquiries and wedding planning
When you enquire, we use the details you provide to respond, arrange a venue visit, prepare relevant proposals and manage the resulting sales conversation or booking.
Optional marketing
If you separately opt in, we may send occasional wedding inspiration and event updates. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
On our main production website, we ask before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, we use aggregate interaction information to understand interest in our venue, celebration packages, brochures and contact options. Approved campaign links may contribute controlled source, medium and campaign labels, but raw link queries and arbitrary values are removed. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry notes, booking references or private dashboard activity to analytics. Advertising storage, advertising signals and ad personalisation remain disabled.
Your choice is kept in necessary first-party cookies and browser local storage, with a maximum validity of 180 days. We also keep a server-side consent record containing a hashed random token, your choice, its version and expiry—not your name, contact details or enquiry. A protected first-party cookie connects your browser to that record. Analytics requires matching, unexpired browser records and server confirmation; a saved refusal takes priority. These records are not sent to analytics or joined to enquiries.
Verification does not extend the original expiry. Expired server records stop authorising analytics immediately and are removed by scheduled cleanup; expired browser records are removed when the site next accesses them, where your browser permits. Analytics acceptance applies only to the current page: each full page load requires a new explicit opt-in, regardless of an earlier saved acceptance. Saved refusals remain respected. Accept All Cookies enables only the optional Google Analytics service described above, not advertising or marketing emails. Accept Necessary Only rejects all optional tracking. Manage lets you choose whether to enable analytics, then Save Preferences. Closing or ignoring the controls does not give consent.
If our consent service cannot verify permission, optional analytics stays off. If your choice cannot be saved, we show a warning rather than claim it was remembered. Essential enquiries continue to work without analytics.
Cookie Settings is always available here and in the public website footer. Withdrawal stops analytics on the current page and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies where possible, without reloading the page or saving a copy of your unfinished enquiry. After withdrawal, analytics stays off for the rest of that page; you can explicitly opt in again on your next full page load, so old analytics queues cannot restart. Older pages opened before this update receive the new controls when reloaded. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected.
Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice and supports hosting, security and sign-in where needed. Optional analytics is not required to enquire or use essential services. Staging and preview websites do not send analytics, regardless of the choice shown.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email, analytics and event operations. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, booking, legal or operational purpose.
